Tru Pierone

Tru is a Brooklyn-based singer-songwriter. Originally from California, Tru went on to earn a BM from Lionel Hampton School of Music, University of Idaho, for classical voice.

Currently employed in the classical music field, Tru is also a member of the folk duo Perigean, a member of a musical improv group Angus, Thongs, and Perfect Singing, and performs as a soloist.

At Woodward, Tru plans to work on her songwriting and workshop new material for her solo EP.
