Rohan Khanna
Rohan is an artist of Indian origin who grew up living across SouthEast Asia and the Middle East. These experiences led to an interest in exploration, art, and storytelling. He received a BFA from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago under the Presidential Scholarship.
His work has been shown in multiple group shows and solo exhibitions and he has participated in residencies at The International Center for the Arts, Italy, UrbanGlass, Brooklyn, Domaine de Boisbuchet, France, D’Clinic Studios, Hungary, The Knight Foundation Art + Research Center, Miami, and Field Projects, New York City.
In 2023 he attended the Land Arts of the American West certificate program at Texas Tech University. This field program took place across Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Utah, and Nevada.
At Woodward, Rohan will be working on a short film, titled, The Lost Nocturne. This film is made up of footage from across the SouthWestern landscape shot entirely at night.
