Federica Borlenghi

Federica is an Italian writer and director from Milan based in Brooklyn, New York. Federica's writing investigates themes of familial separation, cultural alienation, bilingualism, contemporary womanhood and dysfunctional relationships. She is known for curating highly sensorial theatrical productions saturated in design and featuring live music. In this residency, she will be focusing on a novel based on stories of undocumented immigrant restaurant workers in New York City.
